Protein Modification, Structure and Regulation

This course provides students with advanced concepts on protein modification, structure, and regulation. The course covers a number of important techniques used to study protein structure, modification and regulation, such as NMR spectroscopy, crystallography, immune precipitation and the yeast two hybrid system.
